Is it difficult to negotiate?
No, it’s not difficult. You talk to the buyer about YOUR home, you know more about it than anyone. You know your financial situation and what your property is worth. All you have to do is talk about it.

When do I need a Sustainability Declaration?

How does the Deposit work?
In a traditional real estate agency the deposit is taken by the real estate agency and held in their Trust. Click On Realestate saves you money by handling the deposit directly through your solicitors Trust Account.

How does the Buyer make an offer?
The offer will be made directly to the seller, when you reach an agreed price contact Click On Realestate with the Buyers details so we can supply a written contract.

When do you recieve a sign?
Your sign will be in place in 1-3days after you have completed the listing process and your Admin and Marketing fee has been accepted.

Must I have a sign?
Yes, our policy is that you have a sign, otherwise how do people know your home is for sale. There are some circumstances where a sign may not be possible though.

Are there any hidden fees?
No, nothing at all. $500+gst for your Admin and Marketing package and 0.5% upon settlement.

Other agents say it’s too cheap?
They would. They have to justify their costs. A lot of expenses and wages have to come out of the money you give them. We can offer you this service at this price because Click On Realestate has eliminated a lot of the traditional office expenses, everyone pays the same price for signage, web listing and contracts and everyone pays only 0.5% on sale.

Why can’t I put my contact details in?
Realestate.com, one of Australia’s largest realestate websites, does not accept private listings. This means that a professional Real Estate Agent must be the contact.

What price do I put on my Home?
Click On Realestate will supply you with a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis).
This CMA is compiled from the same data available to all professional real estate agencies.
